Terms and Conditions — 777pak Platform

To register and use a 777pak account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 777pak employee.
• You have not previously had a 777pak account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

777pak is an entertainment platform intended for adult players only. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. If we have reason to believe an account is being operated by or for a person under the age of 18, that account will be suspended pending verification and any balance may be withheld.

Only one account per person is permitted. If you already hold a 777pak account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts discovered during routine checks will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds associated with them will be voided.

Your 777pak account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you or not. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You must keep your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone — including family members or friends. 777pak will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. If someone claiming to be from 777pak support asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent request.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 777pak support immediately using the email address shown in the footer of this page. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account while the investigation is underway.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 777pak platform complies with your own local circumstances. 777pak does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to be aware of any restrictions that may apply to you personally.

All financial transactions on the 777pak platform are conducted in PKR. We do not process deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant deposit confirmation.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant deposit confirmation.
• Raast — instant interbank payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply depending on your bank.
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. 777pak reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before processing a withdrawal — particularly for amounts above a certain threshold — 777pak may request identity verification documents. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on your account standing. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money PKR balances that are free of bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

777pak does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 777pak's control.

777pak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion, and the general rules below apply to all promotions unless a promotion's own terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable real-money PKR.
• Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be bet through before withdrawal is permitted. The exact multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 777pak reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Certain game types may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements. For example, Sports Betting bets and Live Casino hands may have different contribution percentages. These are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

All games available on the 777pak platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, and Bingo — must be played honestly and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or play games without direct human input.
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a platform error are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the 777pak platform, its software, or its underlying systems.
• Placing bets or participating in games where you have access to inside information that is not available to the general public.

777pak uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and gameplay anomalies. Where suspicious activity is identified, 777pak reserves the right to void related bets, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, 777pak will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

The Sports Betting section at 777pak covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and other major tournaments), Football, Esports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets placed after the start of a live event are subject to the in-play odds available at the time of placement.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type. In most cases, bets on abandoned or cancelled events are voided and the stake is returned.
• For Cricket, if a match is interrupted by weather and a revised target is applied under the DLS method, bets will be settled based on the official match result.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly and materially incorrect — will be voided. 777pak will notify affected players and return stakes.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed before you confirm a bet.

777pak is an entertainment platform. The games and betting markets available on the platform are designed to be enjoyable leisure activities for adults. They are not a reliable source of income and should never be treated as one.

We strongly encourage all players to:

• Set a PKR budget for each gaming session before you start and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Set a time limit for each session and stop when the limit is reached, whether you are winning or losing.
• Never chase losses by depositing additional PKR beyond your planned budget for the session.
• Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a financial strategy or a way to solve financial difficulties.
• Keep gaming separate from other important commitments — work, family, and finances always come first.

777pak provides deposit limit and self-exclusion tools. Self-exclusion requests are processed without question and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are permitted to access and use the 777pak platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 777pak platform without prior written consent. Scraping, data-mining, or automated access to the platform for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

The 777pak platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable, high-quality platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pak's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. 777pak is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Third-party service failures, including failures of JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks, or internet providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777pak's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that the account poses a risk of harm to the platform or other players. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts on the platform.
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of platform errors.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed without genuine grounds.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

You may also request to close your own 777pak account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money PKR balance free of bonus conditions will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard verification.

777pak may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may also notify registered players of significant changes via in-platform messages or email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the 777pak platform after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any eligible PKR balance.
